This site belongs to me, Miguel Amaru (Amaru Arts). Here's what I collect, why, and what I do with it.

What I collect

• When you sign up for a ritual, practice or email series: your name and email address.
• When you book a call: your name, email, phone number and your answers to my questions. Some questions are optional and personal, like your practice history, experience with plant medicine, or anything I should know for your safety. Share only what you're comfortable with.
• When you buy something: your name, email and order details. Payments are handled by Stripe; I never see or store your card number.
• Email activity: whether my emails are opened or links are clicked, so I can send things that are actually useful.

Why I collect it

To send you what you signed up for, to prepare for our calls, to deliver what you buy, and to keep in touch about my work. That's it.

Who sees it

Only me. I don't sell, rent or trade your information, ever.

To run this site I use a few trusted services that store or process it for me: Hostinger (website), Supabase (secure database), Calendly (booking), Listmonk and Brevo (email), Stripe (payments) and, for now, Google Forms. I don't use advertising or tracking pixels on this site. The booking calendar (Calendly) may set its own cookies.

Your choices

• Every email has an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list.
• You can ask me to see, correct or delete what I have about you at any time. Email info@amaruarts.com and I'll take care of it.

How long I keep it

As long as we're in touch, or until you ask me to delete it. Call questionnaire answers are only used to prepare for our conversation.

Children

This site and my offerings are for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If I change this page, I'll update the date at the top.
