Six days. Five elements. One daily ritual short enough to actually keep.
Send me Day OneEach day for six days, one email arrives with a single elemental practice – most under two minutes – plus the teaching behind it. By day six you'll have a complete daily rhythm: sunrise, noon, sunset, and night.
Free. One practice a day, for six days.
You get close to the client, the relationship, the income, the creative work you know you're capable of. And then something falls apart just before it lands.
Somewhere early, we all learned how much good we were allowed. Nobody sits you down and teaches it. You just absorb a number and carry it around for the rest of your life. This much rest. This much love, this much money, this much ease. Go past the number and something in you gets uncomfortable, and you hand it back without ever noticing you did.
For some, that pull-back shows up after a ceremony that cracked something open, a breathwork session that dissolved a wall, a retreat that showed you the life you're capable of. Monday comes. The insight fades. Life resumes exactly where it left off. Same pattern, different doorway.
That's not a discipline problem. It's not a "not spiritual enough" problem.
It's a capacity problem.
Capacity is how much a container holds. That's the whole word. Cups have capacity. Lungs have capacity. Your nervous system has a threshold too, for how much it can take in at once and still sustain itself. Pour in more than that and it spills, breaks down, or burns out.
The Capacity Code doesn't ask you to want more or try harder. It builds the container that lets you actually keep what you're already capable of holding.
"It has been so helpful to be able to put into practice things I've inherently known most of my life. It's already transformed my personal practice."
– student of Pulse of the Sacred, the full container this work comes from
"It gave me a foundational ritual practice that I now use daily."
– Pulse of the Sacred student
Each email brings teaching plus a short practice – timed to a specific part of your day:
This isn't manifestation hype or another peak experience. It's the container that makes the ones you've already had stick.
Sealing the field, rooting the self.
A night practice that defines where you end and the world begins. What isn't yours goes into the ground, and something comes back up.
Expanding what you can receive.
A sunset practice that shows you where your ceiling is. In the traditions that measure this, how much you can receive decides how much you can give.
Converting capacity into courage.
A noon practice that turns what you've expanded into one real action toward the life you're building.
Inhabiting the life you're building.
A sunrise practice that uses your voice to bridge what's inside you and what the world can see.
The clear, luminous awareness that holds all four.
The full Capacity Expansion Rite – the ceremony that gathers Earth, Water, Fire, and Air into one complete practice.
If you're looking for one more ceremony to chase, this isn't that. If you're ready to build the container that makes the ones you've already had permanent – welcome.
I've taught in ceremony, retreat, and workshop settings for over two decades, in person, to thousands of students.
These are the same practices I use in my own day. They're what I credit, in part, for stepping fully into visibility after years of avoiding the camera. In one 30-day stretch that meant nearly 20,000 new people finding the work.
The number isn't the point. The point is what made me steady enough to be found.
This free sequence is the simplest doorway into that work.
Six days, one practice at a time, is how you find out.
